We ship from either our warehouse in California or our studio in Xiamen. Shipping for addresses within the US are $12 for orders up to $49, and free for orders over $49.
For addresses outside of the US, for locations in list A the shipping cost is $12 for orders up to $79.99, and free for orders over $80. Shipping for locations in list B is $25 for all orders. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, and in case of any discrepancies, the amount shown at checkout is final.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of being placed. After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariff, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, and will be paid by the customer. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Packages may held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after package is received. We will not offer a full refund or re-shipping for the purchase should a package be refused due to taxes or duties. If the item is refused for these reasons and sent back, once the item has been received and checked, the cost of the original shipping as well as a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the original paid amount, and the remaining amount refunded.
In the event that an attempted delivery is not successful, and we are notified by the shipping company, we will attempt to contact the purchaser via email. If the purchaser still does not respond to either us or the shipping company within the holding time frame specified by the shipper, the item will be returned. Under such circumstances, where we have made all possible effort to ensure the shipment of an item, we will not offer a full refund or free re-shipping for the purchase. If the purchaser requires the item to be re-shipped, the shipping cost will be quoted and paid before re-shipping. If the purchaser requests a refund, once the item has been received and checked, the cost of the original shipping as well as $10 processing fee will be deducted from the original paid amount before the remainder is refunded.
If an item has been shipped but not received, the purchaser must contact us within 30 days of of the shipment date to notify us. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you and act in good faith. However, if you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee refund or replacement unless you have proof from the shipper that the item was not delivered. Any refund or store credit will be at our discretion otherwise.
