3. Product Condition

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags
• All accessories/gifts must be included
• Customized products (e.g., engraved bracelets) are non-returnable

4. Refund Details

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after quality inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to product defects).
